LG 2023 soundbar lineup has launched in India comprising the flagship model — LG S95QR. It brings Dolby Atmos and DTS:X support, up to 810W sound output, and 4 speaker units. However, there’s plenty more here. Here are the key features that make it LG’s flagship offering:
LG S95QR features
1. A 9.1.5-channel setup
LG S95QR comes with drivers in the front, centre, rear, and surround. All of these combined create an 810W audio output. Its up-firing speakers are meant to enhance dialogue clarity and the sensation that sound is coming from above you. You get Triple Level Spatial sound.
2. Dolby Atmos and DTS:X
LG says the S95QR model can deliver surround sound effects with Dolby Atmos and DTS:X content.
3. AI features
LG S95QR is armed with Ai goodies like Clear Voice Pro (for enhanced vocals) and AI Room Calibration Pro (for calibrating sound based on the room size).
4. Connectivity
You get WiFi, Bluetooth 5.0, Optical Input, 2x HDMI 2.1 (HDCP 2.2) Input and 1x HDMI 2.1 (HDCP 2.2) Output.
The soundbar is Wowcast compatible which lets you use TV speakers for a surround sound experience.
