Realme GT Master Explorer Edition Suitcase Orange variant leaks ahead of India launch
The Realme GT 5G and the Realme GT Master Edition have been confirmed to launch in India. Earlier this week, Realme revealed that the phones would be launched here on August 18th. Now, Digit India has got their hands on an image that shows the Realme GT Master Edition in a new Suitcase Orange colour option. The device, however, looks like the Master Explorer Edition going by the rear camera system. According to the report, Realme will launch this special colour variant in India to celebrate 100 million global sales. The company recently became the fastest ever smartphone maker to hit 100 million in sales in a record 37 months.
Realme GT Master Explorer Edition Orange colour variant
The leaked image shows the Realme GT Master Explorer Edition in an Orange leather exterior with a pattern inspired by the Realme suitcase. This special variant will most likely be limited to India and Europe only. The phone has a suitcase-like design and a metal badge saying ‘100M FANS’. If you ignore the badge, then the Orange leather design is identical to the Realme GT Master Edition Suitcase Ash variant, which will also come to India.
As for the specifications. the Realme GT Master Edition gets a 6.43-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED display that offers 120Hz resolution and an in-display fingerprint scanner. It is powered by the Snapdragon 778 processor with up to 8GB RAM and 256GB internal storage. It’ll run Android 11 out of the box with the Realme UI 2.0 interface. In the camera department, the phone gets a triple rear camera setup with a primary 64-megapixel sensor, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide unit, and a 2-megapixel macro sensor. On the front, there’s a 32-megapixel selfie camera housed inside a hole-punch cutout. It houses a 4,300mAh battery with support for 65W fast charging.
Meanwhile, the Realme GT Master Explorer version is powered by the Snapdragon 870 processor and features a 6.55-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate, HDR10+ support, and in-display fingerprint scanner. It gets up to 12GB RAM, 256GB storage, and a 4,500mAh battery with 65W fast charging support. For cameras, the phone has a 50-megapixel main rear sensor, a 16-megapixel ultra-wide, and a 2-megapixel macro unit. For selfies, it’ll also feature a 32-megapixel sensor.
