Infinix Zero 5G price, availability 

The Infinix Zero 5G smartphone has debuted in the Nigerian market for a price of NGN 169,500 (approx Rs 30,400) via the Nigerian e-commerce website ngspark.com. The Infinix Zero 5G comes in a sole 8GB + 128GB variant and comes in three colour options –  Cosmic Black, Horizon Blue and Skylight Orange. The Infinix Zero 5G is scheduled for launch in the Indian market on February 14th. However, some recent speculations suggest that the Indian pricing could be below Rs 20,000. 

Infinix Zero 5G specifications 

The Infinix Zero 5G is expected to launch in India soon and some specifications that have been highlighted on Flipkart suggest that the device will get at least two distinct colour options. The design will host a camera bump with smothered out edges and is expected to consist of a 48MP triple camera assisted by a quad-LED flash and AI-based processing. Upfront there will be a full-screen display with a hole punch cut out at the top centre to accommodate the front camera. On the right-hand side, the Infinix Zero 5G gets the volume rockers and power button and the left-hand side gets the sim tray. At the bottom, a 3.5mm headphone jack is also expected. 

The display panel is a 6.78-inch FHD+ IPS LTPS display panel clocked at 1,080×2,460 pixels and supports a 120Hz high refresh rate. Under the hood, there is a Dimensity 900 SoC from MediaTek that enables 5G connectivity on the device. The SoC is paired with 8GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 128GB of UFS 3.1 storage. The storage is further expandable up to 256GB via a microSD card slot.

The rear triple camera setup hosts a 48MP main sensor with 30X zooming ability and is accompanied by a 13MP and a 2MP sensor. The device also gets a 16MP front camera and a dual-front flash. 

The Infinix Zero 5G gets 5G, FM radio, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth, GPS, OTG, a 3.5mm headphone jack, a USB Type-C port, light sensor, barometer, gyroscope, g-sensor, e-compass, and proximity sensor. The power button doubles up as the fingerprint sensor for biometric authentications.

The Infinix Zero 5G draws power from a 5,000mAh battery with 33W fast charging and accommodates it in a 168.73 × 76.53 × 8.77mm form factor that weighs in at 199g.
