Expanding its projector portfolio, Samsung has announced the launch of its Freestyle projector in India. The projector was unveiled by the company ahead of CES 2022.
The Freestyle projector, according to the company, brings first-of-its-kind technology and flexibility to deliver an optimal viewing experience on the go.
The key highlight of the projector is its new cradle that allows up to 180-degree rotation, giving users the flexibility of watching content on any surface including tables, floors or ceilings.
Samsung The Freestyle projector: Price and availability
Samsung has launched the Freestyle projector at Rs 84,990. It will be available for purchase via Samsung’s official online store, Samsung Shop and Amazon.
The company is also offering instant cashback of Rs 5,000 on select bank’s debit and credit cards. In addition to that, consumers buying The Freestyle between 6 pm on March 29, 2022 and 11:59 on March 31, 2022 will get a free carry case for The Freestyle worth Rs 5,900. Consumers who pre-reserved The Freestyle can avail discounts worth Rs 4,000.
Samsung Freestyle projector: Features
The Samsung Freestyle is a compact and portable projector that comes with a cradle that can rotate 180-degree. It comes with full auto keystone and auto leveling features. Both allow the device to automatically optimise the projector for any surface and level it for a perfectly straight projection. To further enhance the viewing experience, The Freestyle optimises projection based on your wall colour.
In addition to that, the projector also comes with auto focus functionality to deliver clear and sharp image output. The projector claims to deliver the screen size of up to 100-inch in size on any surface and at any angle.
The Freestyle projector also comes with a smart speaker setup with dual passive radiator for clean and deep bass output. The projector claims to deliver a 360-degree sound output.
The Freestyle is also the first projector to come with certified OTT platforms. It runs Samsung’s Smart TV operating system with built-in streaming services and mobile mirroring compatible with both Android and iOS operating systems.
