Xiaomi Mix Fold 2 to get 67W fast charging
Recently, the Xiaomi 12S was spotted on the 3C certification website and we reported that the listing reveals the 67W fast charging support that the device will come with. Now, tipster Mukul Sharma has posted a screengrab of another listing on the 3C website where the upcoming Xiaomi Mix Fold 2 has also been spotted to get 67W fast charging support.
The Xiaomi Mix Fold 2 listing shows support for 67W fast charging 5V-20VDC/6.2A-3.25A fast output. The screenshot also reveals a similar charging architecture on the Xiaomi 12S as well.
Xiaomi Mix Fold 2 specifications
The upcoming Mix Fold 2 will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 processor from Qualcomm. The high-end processor will power the dual screens – 6.5-inch (outer) and 8-inch (inner) screens. Both the displays are expected to be capable of 120Hz refresh rates. Moreover, the display is likely to shift to LTPO technology. Being a foldable, Xiaomi is working on reducing the crease on the upcoming Mix Fold 2. A high resolution, rumoured to be rated at 2K, is also expected.
Other features will include a substantial 5,000mAh battery pack to provide juice to run the two screens. Support for a stylus is expected as is the inclusion of a new 108MP main camera in the Mix Fold 2’s camera system.
