Lava Blaze smartphone with 5000mAh battery launched: All you need to know – Times of India

Lava Blaze is here. Domestic smartphone maker Lava has expanded its smartphone lineup with the launch of a new entry-level smartphone — Lava Blaze in India. The smartphone maker claims that Lava Blaze is the first phone in this price segment that sports a Premium Glass back panel and it comes with Free Service at home. The affordable Lava smartphone is powered by a MediaTek processor and is backed by a 5000mAh battery.
The 4G smartphone runs Android 12 and the company has also promised two years of security updates for the smartphone.
Price and availability
Lava Balze comes with a price tag of Rs 8,699. The entry-level smartphone can be purchased online from Flipkart and Lava website starting July 14. Interested customers can also pre-book the smartphone starting July 13. The company has also announced that the first 500 customers who will pre-book the smartphone will also receive Lava ProBuds 21 true wireless earbuds for free. Buyers can purchase the smartphone in Glass Green, Glass Black, Glass Red and Glass Blue colour options.
Lava doorstep service
Along with this new smartphone, Lava has also introduced first-of-its-kind ‘free service at home’ to the customers at their doorstep. In order to avail of this service, the Lava customers will have to only pay the standard service charge and no extra amount will be charged for the home visit. The Lava Blaze smartphone also comes with 100 days of free screen replacement.
Lava Blaze specifications
Lava Blaze features a 6.5-inch HD+ display with 720×1600 pixel resolution. The smartphone is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio A22 chipset paired with 3GB of RAM.
The entry-level smartphone packs 64GB of internal storage which can be expanded up to 256GB by adding a microSD card. Lava Blaze runs Android 12 operating system and comes with dual SIM support.
The 4G smartphone sports a triple rear camera which comprises 13MP rear camera with f/1.8 aperture, 2MP depth sensor, VGA camera. The front is home to an 8MP selfie shooter with f/2.0 aperture.
Lava Blaze comes equipped with a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor and is backed by a 5000mAh battery with 10W charging support.
