Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Elements 203 unveiled, brings Apple Silicon support, AI enhancements and more – Times of India

Adobe has unveiled the Elements 2023 update for Photoshop Elements and Premiere Pro Elements. The 2023 edition of Elements brings support for Mac devices running Apple Silicon along with some new features. The Photoshop Elements 2023 and Premiere Elements 2023 now come with support for Adobe’s own AI and machine learning system called Sensei. Apart from that, the company has also announced the web and mobile companion apps for both in beta.
Adobe Elements 2023: What’s new

  • Ability to add moving elements to still images in photos and videos and export them in MP4 or GIF file formats.
  • New artistic effects have been added
  • New backgrounds, patterns and skies
  • Overlay peak-through to create an illusion of depth in photos
  • Improved Element help
  • Quickly search and explore Guided Edit options
  • Improved performance and stability

Apart from adding new features, Adobe claims that the updated Elements brings up to 35% faster installation, 50% faster launch times, 48% smaller app size and around 70% faster launch speeds on M1 Mac devices.
System requirements for Elements 2023
According to Adobe, users will need a Mac with an Intel 6th-generation or newer processor, Apple M1 or M2 processor along with macOS Big Sur or a newer operating system. Users also need a minimum of 8GB RAM and 10GB of storage space to run Elements 2023. Apart from that, the display resolution needs to be 1280 x 800 pixels or higher.
