It’s best to download the God of War Ragnarok day 1 patch to experience the game without bugs. The game has received great reviews from critics and it has become the second highest-rated title of the year on Metacritic.
God of War Ragnarok follows Kratos and Atreus through the Nine Realms of Norse mythology, where they will encounter several beasts and Norse gods. To effectively slay enemies, the developer has improved the game’s combat. The combat is designed to be more complex than the previous game, where players will need to assess the attack patterns of their enemies to find out weaknesses. Kratos’ Leviathan Axe and Blades of Chaos have been improved to perform signature attacks with elemental damage. Besides these, the shields have been changed to either block damage better or parry more efficiently. Players will need to choose the type of shield that suits their playstyle.
