Samsung has added another Galaxy smartphone to the list of devices that are receiving the OneUI 5.0 update based on Android 13. This new addition is the Galaxy A03s. Launched back in 2021, the Galaxy A03s has now started receiving the Android 13 update.
According to a report by Sammobile, the South-Korean smartphone maker had scheduled the update to be rolled out in February 2023 for the Galaxy A03s users residing in the Netherlands and Germany while users in India, Canada and Malaysia were expected to receive the Android 13 update a month later, i.e. in March 2023. But Samsung seems to have preponed it.
It’s still December now but the smartphone has already started receiving the update ahead of the scheduled time. In October, the Samsung Galaxy A03s along with Galaxy A22 and Tab A7 Lite was listed in the Wi-Fi Alliance database running Android 13. Samsung Galaxy A03s: Specifications
Samsung Galaxy A03s features a 6.5-inch HD+ display with 720×1560 pixels resolution. The smartphone is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio P35 processor coupled with 3GB/4GB of RAM.
The Samsung Galaxy A03s smartphone comes in two storage options — 32GB and 64GB. Users can further expand the storage up to 1TB via microSD. The dual SIM smartphone runs Android 11 operating system topped with Samsung’s own layer of One UI.
Samsung Galaxy A03s sports a triple rear camera setup with a 13MP main sensor with f/2.2 aperture, a 2MP depth sensor and a 2MP macro camera with f/2.4 aperture. The front is home to a 5MP selfie shooter with f/2.2 aperture.
