Samsung Galaxy A23 5G starts receiving Android 13 update – Times of India
Samsung is busy rolling out Android 13 update for all of its smartphones and Galaxy M23 5G is the latest entry on the list. Samsung has started rolling out the Android 13 update for the Galaxy M23 5G smartphone.
As reported by Sammobile, the update comes with firmware version M236BXXU1BVK5 and is presently being rolled out in Europe. The company is expected to release the update soon in other regions as well. The OS update will also bring the new Samsung One UI 5.0 to the Galaxy A23 smartphone. Along with this, the smartphone will also receive a security patch for the month of November 2022.
It is an OTA update and users will get a push notification to install the update. However you can also manually check for the update by going to Settings> Software Update> Download and install.
For the uninitiated, the Samsung Galaxy A23 5G is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 700 chipset and it sports a water-resistant design.

With One UI 5.0 users will be able to customise their smartphone experience, including an expanded set of colour options for a more tailored look. The new UI allows users to get up to 16 preset colour themes based on their wallpaper and 12 more colour options for their home screens, icons and quick panels for a look and feel suited to their style
The new UI offers reorganised menus that provide easy access to all ringtone volumes and vibration intensities. For the first time, Galaxy users can also tailor their preferred language for their different apps. With One UI 5, a new dashboard lets users view the security status of their phone, shows whether there are security issues and recommends ways to fix them.
