Adidas launches mobile app for its customers

Sportswear giant Adidas India has launched its mobile shopping app. With the app, it aims to offer an elevated digital shopping experience to its customers across the country. The app is available on Google Play and App Store for free. To celebrate the app launch, Adidas is giving a discount of 20% for all shoppers.
“The Adidas app, home of sport and style, aims to bring consumers closer to the action with instant access to the brand’s latest and most innovative sport offerings, sneaker drops, seasonal apparel releases and gear that fits their personal style,” the company said in a statement.
Adidas says that the mobile app is designed to offer a personalized shopping experience to customers. It is powered with AI technology with a new and improved wish-list, live chat option and AR try-ons. It also provides simple and secure checkout for consumers with access to special offers, rewards, gifts and exclusive events in just a few taps.
The app will also act as the home of the global membership program – Creators Club. The program enables members to shop, review, participate, run and train to earn points, unlock rewards. It also offers rewards like member-only product launches, member extras in the form of vouchers, discounts & priority service, hype access to limited edition shoes and apparel.
The app is equipped with features like opt-in to instant notifications for consumers to get the latest performance stories that matter to them. The app will also become the home of hype with the majority of the future drops being app first. These would include the likes of Yeezy, Pharrell Williams and exclusive collaborations with Lego and Disney.
