airtel: Airtel is offering additional 500MB data benefit to prepaid users: Details – Times of India

Bharti Airtel is running a promotional offer for its users. As a part of the promotional offer, the company is offering additional data benefits to its prepaid users.
The additional data benefit is applicable on a Rs 249 prepaid plan where users recharging their Airtel prepaid connection with this plan will get additional 500MB per day data at no additional cost.
The Rs 249 prepaid plan usually offers 1.5GB daily data along with unlimited local/STD calling for 28 days. With the offer applied, the plan will now offer 2GB data per day for 28 days.
The plan also includes other benefits like Prime Video Mobile Edition trial for one month, Shaw Academy for 1 year, free hello tunes subscription and Rs 100 cashback on FASTag.
Both Reliance Jio and VI offer similar plans with almost similar benefits. The Rs 249 prepaid plan in Reliance Jio offers 1.5GB daily data, unlimited calling and 100SMS per day along with other benefits and access to Jio apps and services.
The VI, on the other hand, offers similar benefits which includes 1.5GB data, 100SMS per day and unlimited calling. The only advantage VI has over Airtel’s plan is Binge All Night and Weekend Data Rollover. The Binge All Night offers unlimited streaming from 12 midnight to 6 am without any data deduction.
