Airtel expands its 5G Plus services in Odisha – Times of India

Airtel has been expanding the availability of its 5G services across the country in phased manner since its launch. The company has recently announced the 5G service in Kerala, Madhya Pradesh, Bhopal, Ujjain, Gujarat and Gwalior and now the company has confirmed the availability of 5G services in four cities of Odisha.

Who can access Airtel 5G services
Airtel has already confirmed that users won’t require any new SIM to enable 5G services. Also, the existing 4G plans will offer 5G services at no additional cost. To be able to use 5G services, users will require a 5G smartphone with 5G software update installed in it.

Once they meet the requirements, all they need to do is change the network mode to 5G. Now, this varies based on the manufacturer of your smartphone. However, you just have to find the Network settings in your smartphone.

We are in the process of lighting up entire cities which will allow customers to enjoy superfast access to High-definition video streaming, gaming, multiple chatting, instant uploading of photos and more.
