In addition to that, the plan also brings 24×7 call centre support for customers from across the world at no additional cost with a new dedicated number — 99100-99100. The new number is available for both calls and WhatsApp.
Airtel World Pass also includes long terms plans with up to 1-year validity for those who are planning to stay longer in some countries. One of the major benefits is that these plans also offer unlimited data with a data cap.
Apart from that, users will also get the option to manage their World Pass plans using the Airtel Thanks app which includes updates on usage, billing amount or the addition of additional data or minutes as needed.
What’s there for users in it?
For starters, new Airtel World Pass plans will prevent unnecessary bill shocks and also save money for users. Simply put, even if a user is travelling to multiple countries or their flight has multiple stops in different countries, they won’t need to activate multiple plans to use the services.
With long terms validity plans, users can also save some money in case they are planning to stay for up to 1 year in a country or travel across the globe. Another benefit users will get is unlimited data. Now, there’s a data cap of up to 15GB on these plans, even after the high-speed data is exhausted users will be able to access messaging services or instant messaging apps when needed and without worrying about the data or additional charges.
