Amazon Echo Buds 2nd gen has landed in the country although it took a while to happen. The buds had originally debuted back in April of last year. Anyways, now that they are here, for a starting price tag of ₹11,999, you are getting specs like a 5.7mm dynamic driver, active noise cancellation (ANC), Pass-through mode, hands-free Alexa activation, IPX4 splash resistance.

Amazon claims a balanced and crisp sound from its 5.7mm dynamic driver backed by NXP Digital Signal Processor and SBC/AAC codec. You can use the Alexa app to tune the high and low frequencies. The audio is transmitted over Bluetooth 5.0 with Realtek RTL8763C SoC.

As for the design of the buds, it is stem-less TWS with an in-ear tip. They are rated for IPX4 sweat resistance. Within the package, you get options to switch between 4 ear tip sizes and 2 ear hooks. You can choose the right fit to enable some amount of passive noise cancellation. Even the fit can be tested using the Alexa app.

Being an Amazon product, the buds boast ecosystem benefits like seamlessly moving music from other Echo devices to the buds by asking Alexa and some privacy controls too.

You get the quick charge option to gain 2 hours of music playback with just 15 mins of plugging in.
