Amazon Prime members to access to more songs, Music app gets a revamp – Times of India

Amazon has good news for Prime members. The company will now offer Amazon Prime members 100 million songs in shuffle mode. This is 10 million more than the 90 million that Amazon offered so far.
Free subscription to Amazon Music is part of the benefits that Amazon Prime members get. “Prime members will now be able to stream more music than ever before. We’ve expanded the Amazon Music catalog for Prime members to include more than 100 million songs—up from 2 million—entirely ad-free. Prime members can explore music and podcasts based on their likes; shuffle play any artist, album, or playlist in the catalog; and stream a collection of All-Access playlists tailored to personalized listening preferences on demand and available to download for offline listening,” the company said in a blog post.

What Amazon Music offers
Other than access to 100 million songs, Amazon Music will offer members–ad free music, unlimited offline downloads, hands-free with Alexa and favourite podcasts.
Amazon Prime Music gets revamped
Amazon has also revamped the Amazon Music app. It now includes Podcast Previews feature, which gives listeners a sneak peek into the podcast. Podcast Previews also offer small clips that introduce newcomers to the podcast fans to help them find their favourite shows.
