Google has added Pixel 6a to the list of Pixel eligible for the Android 13 Beta update. The latest affordable Pixel went on sale last week and now has joined the list of smartphones eligible for Android 13 Beta. The Pixel 6a will receive the latest beta update – Android 13 Beta 4.1.
As per the official changelog, Android 13 Beta 4.1 brings some bug fixes and bumps the security patch to July 2022. However, 9to5Google reports that the firmware comes with the June 2022 security patch.
The Pixel 6a comes with Android 12 out of the box and should be one of the first to get the Android 13 update. But, if you still want to try the next iteration of Android before anyone else, you can install the beta on your smartphone.
