Illustrated: Latest title to arrive on Apple Arcade
Illustrated is a new puzzle game from the developer Patterned. The game is an Apple Arcade exclusive and it joins other puzzle games like Tetris Beat, Stitch, Assemble with Care and more.
Illustrated offers new illustrations and the story behind them. It offers creative gameplay that merges with a jigsaw and word puzzles. Each puzzle in the game is paired with the artist’s story behind their work. With every correctly-placed piece, the illustration comes alive with colour while the words of the story are slowly revealed.
In a special collaboration with the Van Gogh Museum in Amsterdam for the museum’s 50th anniversary, the game also features select galleries — Van Gogh’s Early Years and Van Gogh in Paris — with plans to add more galleries from the museum later in the year.
