Apple iPhone SE gets Rs 10,000 discount on Flipkart ahead of rumoured affordable 5G iPhone launch

Apple iPhone SE smartphone is currently available at a reduced price of Rs 29,999 for the base model with 64GB storage capacity during the Flipkart Grand Gadget Days that is live till 26th January. The other two variants of the smartphone with 128GB storage capacity and 256GB storage capacity are priced at Rs 34,999 and Rs 44,999 respectively. The iPhone SE is currently the most affordable Apple smartphone available in India and was launched in 2020 at a starting price of Rs 42,500. Currently, Apple’s official website is selling the smartphone for Rs 39,900.

The prices of the smartphones can be slashed further as the platform is offering 5% unlimited cashback on Flipkart Axis Bank credit card. The e-tailer is also offering up to Rs 9,901 discount on exchanging an old smartphone. This further reduces the price of the smartphone. Buyers are also eligible to get a free 6 months subscription of Gaana Plus. As of now, the iPhone SE is available in three colour options on Flipkart – Black, Red and White. Apple is reportedly gearing up to launch the next-generation iPhone SE smartphone in coming months. The upcoming iPhone SE model is rumoured to feature 5G connectivity.

The current-gen iPhone SE was launched by the company in April 2020 and it comes with a 4.7-inch Retina HD display with True Tone that adjusts the white balance to match the ambient light. It is powered by a A13 Bionic chip that was first introduced in iPhone 11 and iPhone 11 Pro. The smartphone features a 12-megapixel f/1.8 aperture wide camera. Along with the standard 18W wired charging, the smartphone also gets wireless charging capability. The device is IP67 water and dust resistant, and it also supports the latest iOS 15 operating system.
