Apple to reportedly unveil 15.5-inch MacBook Air next year – Times of India

Apple is expected to launch a 15-inch MacBook Air next year. The company is yet to confirm the laptop but rumours suggest that the company may launch a 15-inch MacBook Air in the Spring of 2023. Display analyst Ross Young has revealed that production of the display panels for 15-inch MacBook Air will start in the first quarter of 2023.
According to a report by 9to5Mac, display analyst Ross Young has said Apple is working on a 15-inch Apple MacBook Air laptop. The analyst also revealed that the tech giant will start panel production for the laptop in Q1, 2023. The upcoming Apple MacBook Air is expected to sport a 15.5-inch display. If this is true then, it will be the largest MacBook Air till date.
Earlier online report revealed that the 15-inch MacBook Air is said to be powered by Apple’s own M2 chipset with a 35W adapter. The laptop is said to pack 24GB of unified memory and up to 2TB of storage.
A Bloomberg report further added that Apple may also launch a 10-inch iPad along with the 15-inch MacBook Air next year. Apart from this no other information about the 15-inch MacBook Air is available right now.
Meanwhile, an online report revealed that Tata Group aims to open small exclusive Apple stores across the country. Apple is reportedly tying up with Tata-owned Infiniti Retail, which runs the Croma store chain, for the venture, says the report quoting people familiar with the development. Infiniti Retail will become an Apple franchisee partner and aims to open 100 stores at malls as well as high-street neighbourhood locations. The Tata-Apple partnership comes as Apple is set to open its first-ever company-owned flagship store in Mumbai in the first quarter of 2023.
