Asus 8z will launch in India today. The smartphone will be available in the country via Flipkart. Asus Zenfone 8 was launched globally last year. Asus 8z will debut in the Indian market after a gap of one year. The smartphone is expected to come powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 chipset.

Asus 8z expected specifications
Asus 8z will come with a 5.92-inch AMOLED display with a Full-HD+ resolution. The phone’s display will offer HDR 10+ support with a refresh rate of 120Hz. It will be powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 processor.
The handset will pack 16GB RAM with an internal storage capacity of 256GB UFS 3.1. The device is backed by a 4,000mAh battery and will come with 30watt fast-charging support. It will be equipped with stereo speakers with Dirac HD Sound.
Asus 8z phone will come with IP68 certification for dust and water resistance. Connectivity features on the phone are Wi-Fi 6E and NFC. For camera duties, Asus 8z is expected to come with a 64-megapixel Sony IMX686 sensor along with a 12-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera on the back.
At the front, the phone may have a 12-megapixel camera for selfies. The phone may run on Android 11 operating system.
