Asus ROG Phone 6 surfaced on Geekbench listing, reveals benchmark scores, specs and more – Times of India

Asus is all set to launch its next-generation gaming smartphone — ROG Phone 6 on July 5 globally. Ahead of the official launch, the handset has already been a part of several leaks and rumours which have already revealed the expected pricing, features and specifications of the smartphone. Now, the handset has been spotted on a Geekbench listing which reveals the benchmark scores and also confirms some of the specifications of the phone.
According to a report by GSMArena, the ROG Phone 6 has been spotted on Geekbench listing, the handset has scored 1323 points in single-core and 4238 multi-core points. The handset, as already expected, is powered by Qualcomm’s latest and most powerful Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset. The listing also confirms that the device will come with Adreno 730GPU.
Also, the handset that was listed on the Geekbench has 16GB of RAM. Now, the TENAA listing a while back revealed 18GB RAM capacity of the handset. So, it is safe to assume that Asus will launch the ROG Phone 6 with up to 18GB RAM. It is also expected to get an 8GB and 12GB RAM variant.
Asus ROG Phone 6 expected specifications
Based on the previous leaks and rumours, the upcoming ROG Phone is expected to feature a 6.78-inch OLED display with FHD+ resolution. The major difference, as already confirmed by the company, will be the 165Hz refresh rate support instead of 144Hz from the ongoing model.
In terms of camera, the handset is expected to retain the similar 64MP triple rear camera setup and a 12MP selfie shooter. The handset will be backed by a 6000mAh battery with 65W fast charging support.
Apart from that, the smartphone is expected to offer the latest version of ROG UI along with Android 12 operating system and is also said to offer all the game-centric features such as Airtriggers, GameGenie, Armory Crate and more.
