Battlefield: A teaser for the upcoming Battlefield game has appeared online – Times of India

The next game in the Battlefield series is due for release on June 9. The game’s teaser image has appeared online, not through the official website or channel but via influencer JackFrags, who also posts gameplays of Call of Duty Warzone. He claims that EA sent the image to him by direct messaging on Twitter.
The message in the teaser is a scrambled transmission with hidden clues for the ones who can spot them. The easily decipherable part in the teaser is the readable transmission that says: “Some of you want to return home. I must tell you the truth. Do we accept our fate? If you can fire a gun … we need you. War is the only way home.”

According to the teaser image, the transmission was intercepted at 3600 hours. So some have deduced that the game is set in an alternate universe as 2400 hours is the time the military clock goes up the highest to.
June 9 is five days away and that could be a long or a short time depending on whether you are stoked up for the new Battlefield or not. Besides this game, Electronic Arts is also working on a new Battlefield game specifically for the mobile platform. EA said earlier in a blogpost that a standalone Battlefield game is being developed together by Industrial Toys and Dice and will launch in 2022 on mobile and tablets. It would be a totally new game built specifically for mobile and tablets. It is not a mobile port of any existing or upcoming Battlefield game. The developers said that the mobile game is now entering a testing phase and players can “expect a fully-fledged, skill-based experience.”
