BGMI banned in India: 5 alternatives you can consider playing – Times of India
The popular battle royale game BGMI (Battlegrounds Mobile India) has been removed from the Apple and Google stores following a government order. The reason behind the ban is not known yet as the IT ministry has not said anything yet. On the other hand, the game publisher has also confirmed the ban. So, if you are also a BGMI fan, then here are five alternative games you can consider playing.
Garena Free Fire
Garena Free Fire is one the closest competitors and alternative to BGMI. Available on both Android and iOS, the game is based on the concept of battle royale. The game promises to offer an engaging gaming experience and each match lasts for around 10 minutes.
Call of Duty
Call of Duty is one of the most popular mobile games. The game is similar to BGMI and it also offers multiple gaming modes. The game also features a multiplayer game mode and several face- paced maps.
Apex Legends Mobile
The graphic intensive game offers a similar gameplay as BGMI. The game offers three groups and users can join any of them on an island full of weapons. The game allows up to 60 players in one session and same as BGMI, the last one standing wins the game. The game also enables users to choose from different characters to play the game.
Shadowgun Wargames
Shadowgun Wargames is a free-to-play online game that offers multiplayer battle. The game allows players to choose from a wide range of heroes based on their gameplay style and each player in the game features unique abilities, personalities and skill sets.
Battle Royale
Battlelands Royale is not like the regular battle royale games. Though it features the same last man standing concept, but with a twist. Battlelands Royale is a casual gun game, with 32 players and 3-5 minute battles. The game comes with solo and duo modes where players have to choose a landing spot, loot weapons and get ready to fight and survive.
