Boat Airdopes 501 ANC launched with Bluetooth 5.2, 28 hours battery life at Rs 2,499

Boat has launched its latest true-wireless earbuds called the Boat Airdopes 501 ANC in India. The new TWS earbuds comes with Bluetooth 5.2, ENx for better call quality, fast charging support, Hybrid ANC support and more.
Boat Airdopes 501 ANC: Price and availability
Boat has announced the Airdopes 502 ANC TWS at Rs 2,499. The earbud will be available for purchase via the Amazon India website and the company’s official website.
At this price, the Airdopes 501 ANC goes head to head against earbuds from the liRealme and Xiaomi. The major competitor is Realme Buds Q2, which is priced similar to the Airdopes 501 ANC and also comes with active noise cancellation. Apart from that, the Realme Buds Q2 also offers a similar set of specifications as the Airdopes 501 ANC.
Boat Airdopes 501 ANC: Features
The ANC on Airdopes 501 is capable of cancelling noise up to 30dB which is standard in the earphones of this price. Apart from that, it sports dual microphones in each bud with ENx technology. The company says that the technology helps with clear calling experience.
Airdopes 501 ANC also comes with Ambient sound mode to provide transparency to the background sounds to keep users more aware of the surroundings.
Boat has also implemented a new BEAST (Bionic Engine And Sonic Technology). It is a low latency decoder that helps reduce the transmission latency for a lag free listening experience.
Connectivity options in the earbuds include Bluetooth 5.2 with the company’s own IWP (Insta Wake ‘N’ Pair) technology.
On the performance front, Airdopes 501 ANC comes with 8mm drivers that claim to produce loud and clear sound output. The company also claims that the drivers are tuned to produce deep and punchy bass output.
Battery life on the Airdopes 501 ANC is rated at 5 hours for playback and a total of 28 hours including the charging case. It also supports fast charging where a 5 minutes charge is expected to return 60 minutes of listening time.
Apart from these, the boAt Airdopes 501 ANC comes with a Type C connector, an IPX4 rating, quick response touch controls, voice assistant support and more.
