Boat has announced the launch of its first-ever Bluetooth calling smartwatch — ‘Boat Primia’. The smartwatch has an AMOLED display and also packs a built-in speaker, a microphone, and a metallic design, clubbed with a leather strap.

The boAt Primia will be available for an introductory price of Rs 3,999 for the first 1,000 customers on Amazon and the Boat website. Post this the watch will be available at Rs 4499.

It has a ‘Bluetooth Calling’ option and aids in a smooth calling. The company claims a 1.39 inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 454×454 pixels and allows access to Voice Assistant directly.

Users can get connected with Google and Siri voice assistants on their smartphones. The boAt Primia smartwatch claims to have an in-built heart rate, SPO2, and stress level tracker that helps in tracking physical health such as step counts, calorie burn records and the distance travelled. It also has a sleep tracker

Lastly, it has 11 Active Sports Modes for intense sports sessions such as basketball, badminton, football, spinning, climbing, cycling, yoga, treadmill, or just a brisk walk or a run.

Boat Primia’s comes with custom-run plans, fitness buddies and a wellness crew through the boAt Crest App. Based on the user’s BMI, Primia can customize their fitness plans for better training to reach their goals.

It offers a wide range of other features that includes updates and notifications for texts, emails, notifications, and calls. The Primia also allows an entertainment remote to play, pause or choose a favorite track, or capture photos through your smartphone right from the wrist.

According to the company, it is built with an IP67 dust, sweat, and splash-resistant casing. It claims to have a strong battery that outperforms and gives up to 7 days of battery life.
