NEW DELHI: After Reliance Jio, Airtel and Vi, state-owned telecom operator BSNL has also rolled out a new plan with no daily limit on data.
The service provider has introduced a new prepaid of Rs 447 for its subscribers. The plan comes with a validity of 60 days and it offers 100GB data with no daily limit. This means that you can use as much data as you want in a day. This plan is similar to the freedom plans introduced by Reliance Jio recently.
This new data plan from BSNL is presently available only in the Chennai telecom circle. The plan offers a total of 100GB data without any daily FUP limit. The data will be available at a speed of 80 kbps. Along with the data, users will also get unlimited calling facility and 100 SMS per day with the plan. BSNL users will also get BSNL Tunes and Eros Now subscription with the plan. This new telecom plan of BSNL comes with a validity of 60 days.
Apart from introducing a new plan, BSNL has also revised its Rs 1,999 prepaid plan. Earlier the telco used to offer 2GB data per day under the Rs 1,999 plan. However, it has now removed the daily FUP limit from the plan. After revision the Rs 1,999 plan from BSNL offers 500GB data without any daily limit. The plan also offers 100 SMS per day and unlimited calling facility to the users. The long term plan from BSNL comes with the validity of 365 days.
