Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 is the sequel to 2019’s Call of Duty Modern Warfare. The game will continue the story of Task Force 141 and will come with a new Multiplayer experience. The game’s teaser trailer indicated that Call of Duty characters like Simon “Ghost” Riley, Kyle “Gaz” Garrick, and John “Soap” MacTavish will be featured in the game, which got confirmed later. The first person shooter will also introduce Mexican Special Forces Colonel Alejandro Vargas as one of the key characters.
After the launch of Modern Warfare 2, Activision has plans to introduce players to a new Warzone experience which is expected to launch shortly afterwards. The new battle royale version of Warzone could be named ‘Warzone 2’.
