CES 2023: Nvidia GeForce RTX 4070 Ti debuts with Ada Lovelace architecture – Times of India

At CES 2023, Nvidia unveiled the new GeForce RTX 4070 Ti desktop graphics card – that is a rebranded RTX 4080 12GB, while the 16GB variant continues to be the sole RTX 4080.
Last year, Nvidia announced the new GeForce RTX 40 series desktop GPUs – consisting of RTX 4090 and RTX 4090. At the time, RTX 4080 was announced in two variants – 12GB and 16GB – but the 12GB model never made it to the market due to the backlash. The company has now renamed the 12GB variant of RTX 4080 as a lower-tier RTX 4070 Ti priced lower than the original.
