If you are a fan of DC Comics movies, you can expect to see a ton of new info, reveals, and trailers for several upcoming movies. Here’s what we predict we will see:

DC Comics theatrical movies

The Batman

It’s been over a year since we have seen a trailer for the next Batman movie. DC Comics has already confirmed that we will indeed see a new trailer for this dark and gritty version of the Caped Crusader during DC FanDome. The film, which is due in theaters on March 22, 2022 (and later on HBO Max) is being co-written and directed by Matt Reeves. It also has an all-star cast, lead by Robert Pattinson, playing a version of Batman that’s very early in his crime-fighting career in Gotham City.

Black Adam

We also expect to see the first trailer for Black Adam. This spinoff of 2019’s Shazam movie stars Dwayne Johnson as the title character, an anti-hero who has the same powers as Shazam. The movie will also introduce us to members of the Justice Society of America for the first time in a feature film. Black Adam is due in theaters on July 29, 2022.

The Flash

We may also get to see the first trailer for this long-delayed movie. Ezra Miller once again plays the Fastest Man Alive (after playing him in Batman v Superman and Justice League). We do know that the storyline follows some aspects of the now-classic DC Comics crossover event Flashpoint, where The Flash goes back in time to prevent his mother’s death, and in so doing creates new timelines and alternate universes. Both Michael Keaton and Ben Affleck will return as their versions of Batman in this movie, which is due in theaters on November 4, 2022.

More movies

We may also get some updates and first-look footage of other DC Comics-based films in development. That includes Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom, the second movie starring Jason Momoa that’s due in theaters on December 16, 2022. We may also get an update on Shazam: Fury of the Gods, the next movie starring Zachary Levi as the title character, which is due in theaters on June 2, 2023. Finally, we may get a first look at DC League of Super-Pets, a CGI kids-friendly animated movie about superhero pets, that’s coming to theaters on May 20, 2022.

DC Comics TV shows

Peacemaker

John Cena returns as Peacemaker, fresh off his memorable appearance in The Suicide Squad movie, for this eight-episode series that will be available exclusively on HBO Max. James Gunn, who wrote and directed The Suicide Squad, wrote all eight episodes of this series and directed five of them. It will center on Peacemaker, a violent and crazy assassin who says he actually believes in peace, even if he has to kill to get it.

More shows

We expect to get more footage on other current and upcoming TV shows based on DC Comics properties. That includes shows on the CW like Superman & Lois, Stargirl, The Flash, and others. We may also get updates on HBO Max shows like Titans. Harley Quin, Doom Patrol, and the upcoming Green Lantern series, plus some new reveals as well.

Other DC FanDome reveals

We also expect to get some news on upcoming DC Comics comic books, including a new Batman-Fortnite crossover event. We may also get some new trailers and info on upcoming games like Gotham Knights and Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League. Finally, we may get some more surprises.
