E3 2021: Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy, Hitman mobile game and all that Square Enix announced – Times of India
Square Enix, at its E3 2021 showcase, made several new announcements and released new trailers of their upcoming games and expansion packs. The 40 minutes show mostly focused on upcoming titles which includes the much anticipated Marvel Guardian of Galaxy, expansion pack for Marvel Avengers, a new Hitman mobile game and more. Here’s everything that Square Enix announced at E3 2021.
Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy
Eidos-Montreal and Square Enix finally announced the much-anticipated Guardians of the Galaxy game during the E3 2021 showcase. The publisher has also launched its first look trailer of the game. It’s a single-player, third person adventure game developed in collaboration with Marvel and the game is set to launch on October 26.
Marvel’s Avengers: War for Wakanda
A new expansion pack dubbed as War for Wakanda has been announced at the showcase for Marvel’s Avengers. The developer also released the first look of the expansion pack which includes Black Panther.
Babylon’s Fall
After three years of announcing the game, Square Enix finally revealed a new trailer of Babylon’s Fall during the E3 2021 livestream. The trailer includes more information and details about the game. It’s an action-RPG game and can be played solo or multiplayer.
Final Fantasy: Stanger of Paradise
Stanger of Paradise is a spin off of the original title. The game will be released for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Windows PC in 2022. The trial version of the game is now live for PlayStation 5 users and it will be available till June 24.
Hitman mobile game
Among all the high-end PC and console games, Square Enix also announced a new free-to-play Hitman title for mobile devices. The game is expected to release sometime this year. However, the official release date is yet to be announced.
