[Exclusive] Realme Band 2 India launch timeline and strap colour options revealed

Realme Band 2 launch date in India has been set for sometime in October, tipster Yogesh Brar has informed 91mobiles exclusively. He further shared with us what looks like an official poster of the upcoming Realme fitness tracker, which was recently certified by BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards). The poster reveals Realme Band 2 straps colour options. It seems like the straps will be available in as many as three hues: black, green, and blue. While the black and green looks to be silicon straps, the blue one could boast of leather material. Having said that, all three straps will have a tang buckle, much like the original Realme Band (review) from last year. While the poster is from China, Brar is pretty sure that the same colour options for Realme Band 2 will be available in India as well.

Realme Band 2 specifications

The Realme Band 2 specifications are said to include a 1.4-inch square display, which is slightly bigger than its predecessor. It’ll have a squarish form factor, with heart rate and probably a SpO2 sensor around the back, as per the alleged renders. The fitness band is said to measure 45.9 x 24.6 x 12.1mm and have replaceable straps. The Realme Band 2 design is also expected to be headlined by pogo-pins that will allow you to charge the device without removing the straps. The company will likely ship a pogo-pin charger with the fitness tracker.

Additionally, the Realme Band 2 reportedly won’t sport a button. Hence, we can speculate that the tracker may have a touchscreen panel. That’s pretty it about the Realme Band 2 at the moment but we can expect more leaks leading up to the launch.
