Samsung Galaxy A22 5G price in India has been leaked ahead of the smartphone’s launch in August. As per information shared with 91mobiles by retail sources, the 6GB+128GB variant of the handset will be available for Rs 19,999 in India while the 8GB+128GB model will be available for purchase at Rs 21,999 in the country. To recall, the handset was launched in European markets in June and will be making its way to India next month. The South Korean brand introduced the 4G variant of the phone in India earlier but now we also know the pricing of the 5G variants ahead of the official launch.

Samsung Galaxy A22 5G specifications

The Samsung Galaxy A22 5G packs a 6.6-inch FHD+ display with a notch design a 90Hz refresh rate. The phone is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 700 chipset, coupled with up to 6GB of RAM. As mentioned earlier, you can get up to 128GB of built-in storage, which can be expanded up to 1TB via a microSD card. 

In the optics department, the Galaxy A22 5G offers a triple-camera setup at the back, comprising a 48MP primary camera, a 5MP ultra-wide-angle sensor, and a 2MP depth unit. At the front, for selfies and video calling, you get an 8MP camera. The Galaxy A22 5G houses a 5,000mAh battery, which might look a tad smaller than some of the phones in the Galaxy M series but should easily last more than a day on a single charge. The phone supports 15W fast charging.
