Forescout Technologies, which helps government IT and security professionals in protecting sensitive information, has announced that it is expanding its presence in Asia-Pacific and Japan (APJ) region. The company has opened headquarters in Singapore along with a new support center in India which will serve both global customer support and regional operationS.
Both the centres will help companies in protecting their assets from cyber attacks “as the APJ region continues to see unprecedented levels of threats in recent years.”
Having a focused support centre will enable Forescout to provide support to organisations that are now looking for ways to increase their visibility of assets on their networks, through automation, to address the growing number of threats and support critical industries such as financial services, healthcare and manufacturing.
In India, Forescout will be based in Pune and the office will be a regional and global support hub providing round-the-clock first line response for customers as well as a local specialist team to provide regional service to APJ based organisations.
Forescout has also engaged several global system integrator partners in India such as TCS, Infosys, HCL, Wipro, and L&T to consolidate global support and customer engagement.
