Unlike many smartwatches in the $500-$600 price range, the Fenix 6S Pro is a very sturdy device thanks to materials like stainless steel, titanium and diamond-like carbon coating. In terms of specs, Garmin’s Fenix 6S Pro features an always-on 1.2-inch sunlight-readable display with 240 x 240 pixels resolution.
It features all sorts of health-related features like enhanced heart rate monitor and Pulse Ox to support advanced sleep monitoring and altitude acclimation at high elevation. On top of that, the Fenix 6S Pro comes preloaded with advanced training features like PacePro.
Connectivity-wise, the Fenix 6S Pro does just about everything thanks to multiple global navigation satellite systems packed inside such as GPS, GLONASS and Galileo, as well as built-in sensors for 3-axis compass, gyroscope and barometric altimeter.
Support for Garmin Pay contactless payments is included too, along with music storage with premium streaming service support, and smart notifications. As far as battery performance goes, Garmin claims the Fenix 6S Pro should provide up to 9 days in smartwatch mode, up to 6 hours in GPS and music mode, up to 20 days in expedition GPS activity mode, and up to 34 days in battery saver watch mode.
There’s a catch though: you can only get the Rose Gold with White band model. All the other versions are either sold out or slightly more expensive, like the Black model that’s 18% off during Amazon’s Prime Early Access Sale.
