Google I/O 2023 date announced: Android 14, Pixel 7a and more expected

Google says that it will reveal more details about the company’s latest solutions, products, and technologies for developers that will aid them to unlock creativity for the development workflow. The company will have more details to share about AI, cloud, mobile and web.
While we can’t say for certain, there are chances that Google might introduce the Pixel 7a, the successor to the Pixel 6a from last year. The phone will have a design that is similar to the Pixel 6a but will get improved specifications. The phone is likely to be powered by a Tensor G2 chip paired with at least 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage.
Google already released the Android 14 developer preview for developers to try out before the public beta is made available down the year. The event will have an extended session on Android 14 and its features. The company introduced Pixel Buds Pro at the I/O 2022, this year we might see a new iteration. We can expect to learn details about the Pixel Fold foldable smartphone since the titles on the official page has a notification space that is similar to the screen of a mobile device that could either be a tablet or a foldable.
We should also get more details about the much-hyped Pixel tablet, which the company confirmed at last year’s I/O.
