Google releases January 2023 Android update for Pixel devices – Times of India

Google has started releasing the January 2023 software update for compatible Pixel smartphones running Android 13. Pixel users will be notified once the OTA update is available for their phones.
“The rollout will continue over the next few weeks in phases depending on carrier and device,” reads the Google Support page. Google also suggests that users can also check their Android version and update it to receive the latest software.
Here’s what the update includes
The update adds support for static spatial audio, which provides surround sound for any connected headset. Another update will roll out to Pixel Buds Pro in the coming weeks that will enable spatial audio with head tracking.
