Vivo has launched its affordable smartphone, Vivo Y21A, in India. The device joins the recently launched Vivo Y21e in the Vivo Y21 series. The smartphone is only available in a single RAM and storage configuration. The Vivo Y21A is a successor to the Vivo Y20A that was launched in the country in December 2020. It is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio P22 chipset paired with 4GB of RAM. The dual-SIM device runs on Funtouch OS 11.1 based on Android 11 operating system out of the box. The company has priced the smartphone at Rs 13,990. In this price segment, the Vivo Y21A directly stacks against the likes of Samsung Galaxy M21 and Oppo A54.
