Apple unveiled the iPhone 14 series in September during its ‘Far Out’ event. The Cupertino-based giant introduced four new smartphones — iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Plus, iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max. All the iPhone 14 models went on sale last month. The base model of the iPhone 14 launched in India at a starting price of Rs 79,900. As per the official JioMart website, iPhone 14 will be available for purchase at Rs 77,900 via JioMart offline stores. Customers can get an additional cashback of Rs 5,000 on HDFC Bank credit cards and EMI transactions.
iPhone 14: Features and specifications
iPhone 14 boasts a 6.1‑inch Super Retina XDR OLED display with a 460 pixel density per inch. The smartphone offers 60Hz refresh rate.

The smartphone has a dual rear camera setup that includes a 12MP primary sensor with ƒ/1.5 aperture and sensor‑shift optical image stabilisation technology. It has a 12 MP ultra-wide sensor with ƒ/2.4 aperture and 120-degrees field of view. Front is a home to a 12 MP sensor with ƒ/1.9 aperture.
iPhone 14 supports 4K video recording at 24 fps, 25 fps, 30 fps or 60 fps.
For security purposes, the smartphone comes with FaceID which is enabled by TrueDepth camera for facial recognition. Other safety features include– Emergency SOS and Crash Detection.
Powering the iPhone 14 smartphone is the A15 Bionic chipset which has 6‑core CPU with 2 performance and 4 efficiency cores, 5‑core GPU and a 16‑core Neural Engine
The dual-SIM smartphone comes in three storage offerings–128GB, 256GB and 512 GB.
iPhone 14 smartphone comes in four colour variants–Purple, Blue, Midnight, Starlight and Product Red.
The phone runs the latest iOS 16 which enhances the iPhone with all-new personalisation features, deeper intelligence and much easier ways to communicate and share.
Sensors onboard– Face ID, Barometer, High dynamic range gyro, High-g accelerometer, Proximity sensor and Dual ambient light sensors.
