NEW DELHI: Honor has scheduled the global launch event at the Mobile World Congress 2022 on February 28. The invite shared by the company reads, “oin us at MWC Barcelona 2022 and witness the power of magic”. The invite hints that the company might launch the new Honor Magic products at the event.
The Chinese smartphone maker Honor is expected to launch the company’s foldable smartphone — Honor Magic V at the event. The company is said to launch the Magic 3, Magic 3 Pro and Magic 3 Pro+ models. The company launched all three models in China last year.
Along with the smartphones, Honor is also expected to launch the Honor Watch GS 3 smartwatch at the event.
Honor Magic V smartphone is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1.
The foldable smartphone packs 12GB of RAM and it comes in two storage options — 256GB and 512GB.
The foldable smartphone comes with a 7.9-inch FHD+ main display with 90Hz refresh rate and a 6.45-inch FHD+ external screen with 120Hz refresh rate. The dual SIM smartphone runs Android 12 operating system topped with the company’s own layer of Magic UI 6.0.
Honor Magic V is backed by a 4,750 mAh battery with 66W super fast charging support. The foldable smartphone sports a triple rear camera with 50MP main sensor, 50MP ultra-wide angle lens and 50MP Ultra spectrum camera. The handset also houses a 42MP selfie shooter with f/2.4 aperture.
