Apple’s new software updates: How to download
Users can download the tvOS 16.3.1 update through the Settings app on the Apple TV. Navigate to the System option and click on the Software Update option to install the new software version. Apple TV owners who have the automatic software updates feature enabled will be upgraded to tvOS 16.3.1 automatically.
