Honor Magic V camera and battery leaked ahead of January 10 launch
Honor Magic V is set to launch in China on January 10. Ahead of the launch, the battery size and camera configuration of the upcoming foldable phone has leaked. Tipster Digital Chat Station says that the Honor Magic V foldable phone may feature a 4750mAh battery.
He added that the device may come with a triple camera setup on the back. Each will have a 50MP sensor. The phone may have a 42MP selfie sensor housed in the punch-hole camera cutout at the front.
Honor Magic V: What to expect
Honor Magic V will be the company’s first foldable phone. It is confirmed to come powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor. The smartphone will come with a similar design language as the Galaxy Z Fold 3. The Honor Magic V will fold horizontally like a book.
The cover display is tipped to have a punch-hole selfie camera while the primary rear camera setup may consist of three sensors. A dual-LED Flash will accompany the camera setup.
As per rumours, the smartphone could pack up to 12GB of RAM with an internal storage capacity of 512GB. If leaks are to be believed, the Honor Magic V may be equipped with a 6.5-inch screen on the top when in a folded state. When unfolded, the device is said to have an 8- inch display with a resolution of 2200 x 2480 pixels.
A 3C listing earlier revealed that the handset may offer 66watt fast charging support. On the pricing front, Honor Magic V is tipped to be priced at 13,999 Yuan (approx. Rs 1,63,000) onwards.
