How to check Windows 11 compatibility for your laptop and desktop

Open ‘https://www.microsoft.com/en-in/windows/windows-11’ on your computer using any web browser

On this page, scroll down and unless you see the ‘Check for Compatibility’ section.

Here, click on the ‘Download App’ button.

This will download a software called Windows PC Health Check.

Click on the downloaded setup to begin the installation process

Follow on-screen instructions and finish the installation

Once that is done, check the option ‘Open Windows PC Health Check’ and click Finish

On the software, click on the Check Now button below the Windows 11 banner at the top.


That’s it! The tool will scan your system hardware and tell you whether your laptop or desktop will support Windows 11 or not.
