How to book Ola S1, S1 Pro repair request online
Ola electric scooters will have slightly unconventional after-sale service and maintenance. Unlike the standard automobile services, you will not have to visit a service centre for Ola S1 and S1 Pro. Since the company doesn’t have enough physical presence in the form of dealerships and service centres in the country at the moment, it’ll assign an Ola Champion that will visit the buyer’s residence to repair their Ola electric scooters. “If the diagnosis is beyond a home visit we arrange to pick your vehicle and drop it back after the necessary repairs have been done,” the company claims on its official website. It’ll be interesting how seamless this process is going to be. Having said that, in order to book your Ola S1 and S1 Pro repair/ service request, here’s what you need to do:
- Download the Ola Electric app on your mobile phones
- Log in, enter basic details regarding the issue you are facing
- An Ola Champion aka technician along with an estimated time of arrival will be assigned to you.

The company claims that the Ola S1 and Ola S1 Pro are AI-driven smart vehicles that free you from the traditional scheduled maintenance every 3 to 6 months with predictive maintenance.
