How to check plans, customise, add a service and more
To ease up billing, telecom operator Airtel introduced Black plans last week. The service combines bills of postpaid, DTH and Broadband into one.
Using the service, Airtel customers can bundle two or more Airtel services (Fibre, DTH, Mobile) together to become an Airtel Black subscriber.
The Black plan offers four benefits to its customers — One single bill, Customer Care number with a dedicated team of relationship managers, and priority resolution of complaints, free service visits, Airtel Xtreme Box at no additional cost and more.
The Black plans are now available in the Airtel Thanks app and here’s how to check plans, customise them, club multiple services and more.
