Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) has arrived on Apple iOS. Krafton, the South Korean video game developer, has announced the launch of Battlegrounds Mobile India on iOS for gaming enthusiasts in India. This means that the wait of Apple iPhone and iPad users is over. The game is now available to download and play on the Apple iOS devices in India. There have been reports of BGMI launching on iOS devices since early this month. BGMI is a battle royale game, it is the Desi version of the widely-popular PUBG that was banned last year along with several other Chinese apps. At that time Chinese company Tencent held PUBG’s licence for India. Krafton later took the same from Tencent and launched the game in a new avatar for mobile gaming fans in India. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how users can download the game:
Go to the Apple App Store
Search for Battlegrounds Mobile India
Look for the game, check the developer name listed as KRAFTON Inc
Once the game shows up, tap on the listing
Once inside the dedicated app page, tap on the ‘Get’ button
Before downloading you will have to authorise the download
This you can do using Face ID, Touch ID or your Apple ID password
Once done, game download will start
Once the game is downloaded, tap on the icon to open it
You can now log in to the game and choose the graphics settings pack you want to download
You are now set, and can start playing the game

Krafton is offering what it calls “ton of rewards” for Battlegrounds Mobile India gamers on Apple iOS. To start with, all players will get exciting Welcome Rewards, the Recon Mask, Recon Outfit, the Celebration Expert Title and 300AG which can be redeemed together from the Event Center. As a part of welcoming them to ‘India Ka Battlegrounds’, exclusive gifts like the Supply and classic Crate coupons along with the Constable Set too are available. These can be redeemed separately from the Event Center. Recently, Battlegrounds Mobile India hit the 50 million downloads milestone on Google Play Store. To celebrate the achievement, Krafton announced numerous rewards including the Galaxy Messenger Set. Gamers on Apple iOS too will be eligible for these rewards.
