Now, tap on Remove Me From Post.

Here’s step-by-step method to select, who can tag or mention you in an Instagram post
Open Instagram and tap profile or your profile picture in the bottom right corner of the screen
In your profile, tap on more options in the top right and then tap Settings.
Here, tap Privacy. From here, you can update your tag and mention settings.
To change tag settings, tap on posts and then Allow tags from.
Tap the circle to the right of the audience you want to let tag you — Everyone, People you follow or No one.
Do the same for Mentions settings. Tap Mentions, then tap the circle to the right of the audience you want to let mention you — People you follow or No one.
