HP introduces new range of Pavilion laptops, price starts at Rs 55,999 – Times of India

HP has announced the launch of new laptops under Pavilion series. The new Pavilion series laptops comprises HP Pavilion 15, HP Pavilion 14 and HP Pavilion x360. The new range are powered by 12th Gen Intel Core processors. There are also two options in HP Pavilion 14 running on AMD processor. The prices start at Rs 59,999 and go all the way up to Rs 65,999.

The laptop is available in three eye tones: Warm Gold, Natural Silver, and Fog Blue. The Eyesafe Pavilion range starts at under Rs 60,000. Below are the pricing details of the new lineup:

Specifications of HP Pavilion 15
Pavilion series has traditionally been one of the most popular laptop ranges from HP. HP Pavilion 15 is a compact and portable laptop, weighing 1.75kg. The laptop runs on the latest 12th Gen Intel Processors along with adaptive battery optimizer. It comes with a full-size, backlit keyboard. The all-new Pavilion 15 offers an 85% screen-to-body ratio (STBR), 100% sRBG Panels, and TNR capability. Additionally, the device supports Microsoft High Dynamic Range (HDR) streaming and comes pre-installed with High Efficiency Video Coding (HEVC) on the FHD panel. For sound, there’s Bang & Olufsen audio system.

According to HP’s survey, consumers’ screen time has increased significantly in the last two years. In 2021, users spent about 60 hours per week using laptops, as compared to 35 hours in 2019. Keeping this in mind the new Pavillion series laptops come withtechnology that promises to reduce eye strain for users. The new HP Pavilion 15 is equipped with an EyeSafe certified display that the company claims has been designed in collaboration with doctors to enable users to work and play for as long as they want without experiencing eye strain. The new technology claims to keep users’ eyes comfortable by displaying an always-on blue light filter. As this tech is embedded right into the display, it means that users need not modify settings or worry about a compromised colour experience.
