iPhone 14 Pro games: Brick Breaker-like game using Dynamic Island spotted

In this game, you control a paddle at the bottom, which moves left and right to hit the ball. After every five successful hits, the background colour and speed of the ball change. To make the Hit The Island game even more interesting, you’ll get multiple balls after reaching a certain score, a concept akin to the Brick Breaker. For instance, the clip shows us after scoring 15 points – the ball multiplies by 2.

Software developer Kriss Smolka says the game is still laggy, but it’s turning out nice. Further, Smolka said he’s trying to get the game published to the App Store by September 16th, when iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max will reach the pre-order buyer’s doorstep.

Apple iPhone 14 Pro Dynamic Island

The addition of Apple’s Dynamic Island on the iPhone 14 series’ Pro models is undoubtedly one of the main highlights of the Far Out event, and it’s safe to say that it’s a head turner. This pill-shaped cutout replaces the traditional notch seen in previous gen iPhones. Not only it offers extra screen estate, but it also expands into a vast bubble that can display more information.

At the launch event, Apple said that Dynamic Island is open for third-party developers to see what they can do with it, and a week later, we’re already witnessing fun concepts to use the feature.
