Thanks to the new Apple A16 Bionic chip, these iPhone 14 Pro models can deliver improvements in all the departments compared to last year’s A15 Bionic chip seen on iPhone 13 lineup. Apple says that the A16 Bionic chip uses new CPU cores: two high-performance Everest cores and four high-efficiency Sawtooth cores, which no doubt helps it attain these high scores.
iPhone 14 Pro, iPhone 14 Pro Max A16 Bionic AnTuTu benchmarks
The iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max models used for the tests run on an A16 Bionic chip and 6GB RAM with 1TB storage. AnTuTu suggests the iPhone 14 Pro models result in a 17 percent improved score in CPU performance and a 28 percent increase score in GPU performance compared to the iPhone 13 Pro models.

The post also says that the GPU performance jump is among the best in recent years on any phone. Apple A16 Bionic chip paired with an accelerated 5‑core GPU and a new 16-core Neural Engine takes care of the graphical requirements and can perform around 17 trillion operations per second.
